The LRB 255 piling and drilling rig was designed for driven piling work (with a vibrator and hydraulic hammer) and large diameter drilling work (double rotary head, continuous flight auger and Kelly equipment). Its flexibility makes the Liebherr LRB 255 rig a good choice for many types of deep foundation and soil amendment projects.
The Liebherr LB 20 / LRH 100 foundation rig is designed for driven piling work. The LB 20 carrier machine in the Liebherr LB drill rig series comprises the base of the LRH 100 leader. A special kinematics leader enables very high radii and inclinations in all directions. The piling rig can be used for various sizes of tubular or HP piles. The flexible hammer design allows the use of different ram weights from 2.5 to 7 t.
Centurion Fondation offers its clients the use of two (2) Liebherr LB20 / LRH 100 foundation rigs.
The large-diameter Liebherr LB 36 drilling rig is designed to optimize drilling sites. Its unique design can accommodate all current drilling technologies: Kelly drilling, continuous flight auger drilling, partial and full displacement drilling, double rotary drilling or the soil mixing technique.
The LinkBelt HSL 138 conventional crane can be used for hoisting, vibratory driving, driving, boring, dynamic compaction, vibrocompaction or vibroreplacement. It is used for heavy-duty work, such as marine structures.
The small-diameter Comacchio MC 22 A drill rig is used especially for small-diameter drilled piles and rock anchor drilling. The machine is entirely remote controlled. This hydraulic, crawler-mounted drill rig is capable of operating on a rotary or multi-purpose drilling system.
The H110/9 hydraulic hammer is generally used with the Liebherr LRB 255 foundation rig. It is designed for heavy duty applications and can be used for piles (steel, concrete or wood) or sheet piles. Its 9,000-kg ram mass allows it to generate variable energy up to 106 kJ, at a blow rate of 36 to 100 blows per minute. The hammer is computer-controlled, and enables monitoring of driving activity.
The H85/5 hydraulic hammer is usually used with the Liebherr LB 20 / LRH 100 foundation rig. It is designed for medium- to heavy-duty applications, and can be used for driving piles (steel, concrete or wood) and sheet piles. Its 5,000-kg ram can develop a variable driving energy of up to 59 kJ, at a rate of 500 to 100 blows per minute. The hammer is computer-controlled and driving activity can be monitored.
The H40/5 hydraulic hammer is usually used with the Liebherr LB 20 / LRH 100 foundation rig. It was designed for light- to medium-duty applications, and can be used for driving piles (steel, concrete or wood) or sheet piles. Its 5,000-kg ram can develop a variable driving energy of up to 40 kJ, at a rate of 40 to 80 blows per minute. The hammer is computer-controlled, and driving activity can be monitored.
The 3,630-kg (8,000-lb) free fall hammer is usually used with the LinkBelt HSL 138 conventional crane, with or without a leader, for driving piles (steel, concrete or wood) or sheet piles. It is a manually operated, traditional free-fall driving system. It is allows for the use of large radii and variable inclinations.
The PTC vibrodriver is usually used with a pendular LinkBelt HSL 138 conventional crane to drive piles or sheet piles. This is a traditional, hydraulically powered vibrodriver system.
